John established Philton more than 30 years ago and built it into a respected name in the leather industry. With deep knowledge of hides, strong supplier relationships, and a 20-year partnership with an Italian tannery, John’s expertise continues to guide Philton. Today, while he oversees finance and procurement, his true value lies in the connections and wisdom that keep Philton at the forefront of international standards.

Having grown up in the business, Paul brings a fresh perspective while honouring the foundations laid by his father. As CEO, he has taken the reins of day-to-day operations and international partnerships, driving innovation and expanding Philton’s reputation for world-class quality. Robin manages procurement beyond hides, ensuring every material brought into the factory meets Philton’s standards. She also oversees administration and HR, supporting both the systems and the people that keep the business running smoothly.

As the first point of contact for many clients, Yurick combines product knowledge with a commitment to service. He helps customers find exactly what they need and ensures their experience with Philton is seamless from start to finish.

Based in our showroom, Chardonnay and Thomas guide customers through the vast range of hides, colours, and finishes available. They bring our products to life, ensuring every order is managed with care and attention to detail.
